Our Condo overlooks golf course and water views in a fabulous gated community offering a 27-hole professional golf course and tennis club setting. We have a one car garage at the front entrance of our condo. Magnificently landscaped grounds, with special, jogging, biking, and walking paths, bocce courts, softball fields, with 2 resort style heated pools at the main clubhouse and the community center. The main clubhouse also has a resistance pool. In addition, there are six heated pools throughout the community, two fitness/wellness centres, spa, tiki-bar, outstanding, restaurant and gorgeous clubhouse.

Our condo has latest design/décor in a beautiful setting including a foyer, eat-in kitchen with rich wood cabinets, granite counter, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, dining/ living room area with a 65" curved TV, a large master suite, a spacious guest bedroom, very large den with twin sofas that pull out to two single beds, 2 full-size baths including an oversized stall shower, up-scale fixtures, and soaking tub. Upgraded washer & dryer. Our unit has two furnished screened in lanai’s with with panoramic views. There are many extras, like crown moldings, paneled wood doors, and 24/7 security. First floor unit with the bedrooms separated for privacy.

Bradenton is a place that I've grown up in/with. For as long as I can remember my family and I would spend time on Anna Maria Island whenever we could. My husband and I are not ready to retire just yet (even though we would love to) we thought buying an investment property would be ideal way to reach our long-term goals. We live up in Canada, but whenever we can we make our way to Bradenton we do so.

Home Away From Home.

We stayed four months and our time spent was fantastic. The condo sets up in a comfortable and enjoyable manner. All appliances and accessories were in working order. The view overlooking the lake and golf course was relaxing. Annika and Mark made sure the unit was ready for our arrival. The condo and facilities at River Strand exceeded our expectations. Even the gators seem to enjoy their surroundings. Can’t wait to return next year to repeat “Living the Dream”.

Very good place to stay!

We can certainly recommend this condo. Very nice and clean and the owners gave us good information about everything and they were very helpful. We rented it with included golf and that was just great. The River Strand golf course is very nice in very good shape and we just loved it and the Spa area also.

We have just returned from a most enjoyable stay in the delightful Living The Dream Condo. It was situated on River Strand a gated community with access to Golf , Tennis and a Resort swimming pool along with a fitness centre. The condo was furnished to a very high standard and exceeded our expectations. The screened lania overlooked a lake where we had views of the golf course and a regular visit from the resident gator!!! We have been regular visitors to the Bradenton and Sarasota area for the past 30 years and can honestly say that Annika and Mark’s Condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The unit is within easy reach of shopping and excellent dining. It is a good 35 mins to the beaches but well worth the drive. Overall a most fantastic trip

GREAT VACATION M&L from CT

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful condo for a month in April 2017. We had a fantastic time. I am a bit of a neat freak, and the condo was spotless and very updated. The decorating was also very modern and uncluttered. The property is on an estuary and the bird watching is phenomenal. We brought along our small dog and she had a blast too. My husband loved the golf. With just a small fee you have access to resort amenities that are superb. The complex is new so everything is in like new condition. The only negative is that the beach is sort of far with lots of traffic on the route. Hope to return soon. A great vacation!

One-month minimum stay
No smoking in condo or lanai’s
50% deposit to reserve
Balance is due 45 days prior to Arrival
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival date
